Shipping rates are based on the shipping options you select, the products you are purchasing and where they are shipping to. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Delivery estimates are calculated on business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
Standard Shipping Options: We use UPS , Fed Ex , usps Ground as our standard shipping method.
Additional shipping method option: Freight
UPS Ground shipments are usually delivered within 3-5 business days from the time of shipment. Please keep in mind that these shipping times are estimates and are calculated from the time the shipment leaves our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on your shipping method, location and the availability of products in your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Canadian Shipping Options
UPS Standard and USPS Mail are available for orders shipping to Canada. You will be responsible for any and all duties, taxes and other charges that may be applied by customs. We have no way of knowing what, if any, duties, taxes or other charges that may be applied.
Distributors
Purchase orders under 20 pieces of Boat Hook Tips may have a different shipping rate and will be notified of additional fees.
If your not a tax exempt company, you will be liable to pay taxes and we will send you a invoice to collect taxes before shipping.
All online orders that include a valid e-mail address will be sent an order receipt. When the order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation via email to inform you of your order status. Your shipping confirmation will include ship date, carrier and tracking number. Please allow up to 24 - 48 hours after shipment for your tracking number to be activated.
When the shippment leaves our warehouse a tracking # will be posted to the buyers e-mail.
